We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, government actions, war, civil disturbance, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms
